Payment Options
We accept all major credit/debit cards through the safe, secure PayPal shopping cart system. Please note, you do not need a Paypal account to place an order. We will not be able to process your order without payment.
Sales Tax
We are required to add 9.75% sales tax to all California addresses.
Shipping Methods
Domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS and are processed within 72 hours. We ship once a week, on Wednesdays. If you need to expedite your order please send us an email or note it when placing your order and we will get in touch to work out the details.
Returns
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days upon receipt. Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Fabric returns are only accepted on continuous cuts over 2 yards. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and unless we are at fault, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. Before shipping back your return, send us an email. Please include your order # and item(s) you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in your return package. Sale items and special orders are non-refundable.

Damages
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Send us an email and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
