If you’re looking for a great Mother’s Day gift, go handmade! SF-based artist Lisa Congdon is coming down to LA this Friday night to teach a decoupage class that will fit the bill perfectly. You’ll learn to make these one-of-a-kind glass plates using a variety of beautiful scrap papers from Lisa’s collection. If you have photos or papers that are special to you, bring them along! Of course, these don’t have to be given as a gift…I’m really looking forward to making one of these to hang in my kitchen!
